Mr. Harsh V. Kejriwal

Chairman & MD

Mr. Harsh Kejriwal is our Chairman & Managing Director. He is a consummate tea professional with a skillset spanning the entire range from Strategy, Sales, Operations, Finance Scientific Management to a very deep technical knowledge of raising and making the finest teas. A planter and teamaker at heart with over 45 years of experience, he has established Rungamattee on a foundation of integrity quality. An unabashed tea lover, each plantation he has looked after has turned into the premier plantation in the region with Jungpana in Darjeeling, Ghillidary in Assam and Ghatia in Dooars. He continues to lead Rungamattee's transformation into the premier botique tea company of India. Mr. Kejriwal earned is Mathematics Honours from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata and his Industrial Engineering Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Om Kaul

Chief Sales Officer

With almost fifty years of experience, Mr. Kaul is a household name in the world of Indian tea. He traces his roots to the British-era brokerage of Carritt, Moran & Co., which he led at the peak of its success until he joined Rungamattee, post-retirement. He has an unparalleled knowledge of tea tasting, global tea markets and specializes in CTC, Orthodox and Indian Green Tea. He sits on the board of some of India's finest tea companies and plays an invaluable role in setting the high standards that have become a hallmark of Rungamattee Teas.

Mr. L.K. Rungta

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rungta, aged 51 , is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary. His key expertise is in Finance control, Liaisoning with Banks for Cash Credit & Term. Loans, Accounts, MIS, Budgeting, costing systems & control, Excise, Service Tax, Sales tax, Income Tax & Allied Legal Matters, Project accounting, Insurance, Subsidies, Incentives & Exemptions, Government Liaisoning, Internal Control & Audits, General Administration.
